1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using this website and purchasing digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Digital Products and Licensing
Purchases constitute a one-time transfer of a perpetual, non-revocable license to a digital asset library (software/product), not a service subscription. You receive:
- All photos currently in the library at time of purchase
- All future additions to the library, included at no additional cost
- Full royalty-free rights to use all photos commercially and non-commercially
- Permanent access via direct download link, backed up and preserved for long-term availability

3. Purchases and Payment
- All purchases are processed through our third-party payment processor
- Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time
4. No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, refunds are not provided after purchase. You are responsible for ensuring the product meets your needs before purchase.
4.1. Permanent Access Guarantee
Your purchase ensures permanent, irrevocable access to the licensed library:
- You receive immediate website and Google Drive access links upon purchase
- Your access does not depend on lho.sh remaining operational
- In the event of service discontinuation, the library will be additionally archived to torrent sites, IPFS, and similar preservation services
- Your purchase confirmation email serves as perpetual proof of your license and contains all access links
- You may contact the copyright holder to verify your purchase or recover access at any time
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is protected by Czech Republic and international copyright laws.
6. User Data and Email
- You may need to provide an email address to complete purchases
- By providing your email, you may receive transactional and marketing emails
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
7. GDPR and Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
